UFO chronicler Scott C. Waring shares a "jellyfish UFO" video shot on Tuesday, September 2nd, east of Downey, Idaho around 7:30 in the morning. The witness writes: "Could somebody please tell me what in the world, or not in the world this is?"

Curiously, Waring recorded a similar object on his home turf later that day in Bountiful, Utah. He saw the object hover in the sky for around 20 minutes before it vanished over the mountains in the direction of Salt Lake City. "If it was a balloon, how could it stop on a windy day and hover ten minutes then shoot away? Impossible! This was a UFO," Waring declares.
