The interesting video was reportedly filmed on November 14th by Fer Valderrama Marin, who was visiting the country's picturesque Valle del Limarí with his family. In the footage (featured below), a saucer-shaped object can be seen sitting on the ground near a rocky outcrop and reflecting the sunlight in a manner that suggests it is metallic.

Since being posted online, the peculiar video has gone viral on Chilean social media, with many speculating as to what Marin and his family spotted during their excursion. As one might imagine, some have posited that the flying saucer could be an alien craft hidden on the side of the mountain by otherworldly visitors who needed a proverbial parking spot that no one would notice.
