A curious piece of footage from China shows a bizarre cylindrical UFO hovering in the sky over the city of Beijing. The peculiar video was reportedly posted on Chinese social media earlier this week by a television personality named Tang Xiao. In the footage, which appears to have been filmed from a moving vehicle, various parts of the weird UFO become illuminated either by lights on the object or reflections from the sun.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to discern the size of the anomaly as Xiao was so zoomed in on the oddity that there are no nearby objects for comparison. As for what he may have filmed, some have suggested that it could be alien in nature, though others have argued that it may merely be an errant balloon.
