Uri Geller claims aliens are preparing to finally make contact with Earth.

The famous psychic reckons extraterrestrials have been been watching us years and it's now time to say hello.

"I think they are studying us. I don't know what they really want," he exclaimed to The Sun newspaper.

"But I think they are preparing us for contact for the Steven Spielberg [Close Encounters of the Third Kind] scenario of landing and it's going to be spectacular.

"They will probably land on the White House lawn or somewhere. All our science fiction films about alien encounter will come true."

That would be a pretty spectacular occurrence if it did happen and no doubt there would be plenty of people who would want to nuke them before they could do anything to us.

However, Uri hasn't got a shadow of a doubt that the aliens who will visit are 'gentle'.
