Location: Elk Grove, California

Date: July 25 2025 Time: 1:00 a.m.

The witness was awake looking at the sky, something he usually did to calm himself, but when he was looking out the window, he saw something moving on the trail near his location. He thought it was someone he knew so he used the light on his cell phone to look. He zoomed in and saw 3 strange looking tall creatures. They all had red eyes, bluish skin and had triangle-like images on their chests. At this point the witness became frightened, having never seen anything like it before. The eyes on the creatures opened and closed like “camera shutters.” They seemed to be moving about carrying something, when suddenly they all turned in unison to look at the witness. He froze and the creatures then pointed at him. He then heard a voice in his head telling him, “You are the one,” and then he fell back. He got up to look again and they were gone. The last thing he saw was a light rising from the rail and it seemed to be dripping something. Then it was gone. Since the experience the witness has experienced ringing in his ears, and on occasion hears a voice in his head at night.
