The witness, Richard Finster was coming back from a friend who lives in Bialy Kamien. The weather was warm and nice and Finster was walking along a path between fields, taking a shortcut through a meadow. The path here goes uphill, and then drops down to the right were there is a row of trees. Close to the top of the hill, Richard suddenly felt a strange tingling sensation. He felt a sort of piercing electrical field and saw blue sparks and discharges around him. Topping the hill he saw ahead of him on the right side, something dark that resembled some kind of platform standing on the ground. Richard was about 25 meters from the object. Richard stared at it, frozen in surprise. This ‘platform,’ upon closer inspection, was a round dark brown colored oval object. It seemed quite large for Richard, perhaps about 20-30 meters in diameter. There were five round windows visible on the object, and black lines or ridges separated them. There was a sort of blue ring under the object emitting bright blue sparks all over its surroundings. The object was resting on the ground on three legs. The larger leg was on the front, the two smaller ones in the back. As he watched, Finster felt a strange ‘radiation’ piercing his hands. In his opinion this was related to the blue sparks coming from the object. after a while, Finster decided to take a few steps closer towards the object and as he got closer, he noticed two protruding hatches on its upper part and at that moment the hatch on its left side opened and a human figure came out. It was a woman.

This woman was quite human looking rather shapely in appearance that was wearing a black tight fitting diving suit, it didn’t have any seams, zippers, pockets or buttons. She wasn’t wearing a helmet, her hair was light brown, reaching below her ears. The woman seemed nervous about the witness’ presence. It waved at the witness, but not in a greeting gesture, but in a sort of warning for the witness to stay back. The witness now realized that the object seemed to be emitting some sort of electric current around its perimeter, “like lightning flashes.” Apparently the craft was about to take off. He obediently took several steps backwards. The man in the black diving suit then entered the craft and closed the hatch.

At that moment, the object began to float soundlessly, rising slightly higher than the nearby power lines. After a dozen or so seconds, it tilted at an angle of 60 degrees to the right and flew away at high speed in the northeastern direction. The witness does not remember if there were any traces left behind, but he did mention that he experienced minor health issues after the incident. He noticed redness on both hands. And for the next few days he experienced tingling sensations. He remembers going to the doctor about it, but he downplayed the whole situation. The doctor assumed that it was simple osteomyelitis and prescribed some medication. In fact, the medications helped the tingling stop. Finster claims that he still have scars in his hands as a result of the encounter.
