Pennsylvania driver reports Bigfoot sighting

A motorist in Pennsylvania was left scratching his head when he spotted what may have been Bigfoot crossing a highway. The intriguing sighting, reported to the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, occurred on October 4th as the unnamed witness was traveling west along Interstate 80. While cruising along the highway behind another car, the man noticed a figure standing in the center of the breakdown lane to his right. As he got closer, "it began moving to the left, towards the car in front of me," prompting the driver to exclaim that the perceived person was about to get hit.

Fortunately, there was no collision, as the figure dashed across the highway in front of the car towards the center guardrail. As it passed the vehicle ahead of him, the driver could see its head, suggesting that the bipedal being was considerably tall. "At that point I had a clearer visual on it," the man recalled, indicating the suspected Sasquatch was "completely dark, all the same color" with a "slender/slim build" and "long arms that were not held upwards as it moved." The witness also marveled at the figure's unusual motion, noting that it seemed to "glide" across the road rather than run.

The incredibly brief sighting concluded when the possible Bigfoot effortlessly crossed over the guardrail and vanished from sight. Stressing that, as a seasoned hunter, he was certain the creature was not a bear, the man mused, "I know what I saw, but don't know WHAT I saw." Interestingly, the early October sighting occurred approximately 20 miles from Penn State and follows a late February incident wherein a hunter reported having a chilling face-to-face encounter with Bigfoot a mere three miles from the university.
