A Missouri witness at Sunset Hills reported watching a diamond-shaped object with white lights, according to testimony in Case 94049.

The witness was stopped at a stoplight along westbound Highway 30 and 270, on the east side of 270, at 9:45 a.m. on August 8, 2018.

“I was watching stoplight and noticed the object just above the stoplight,” the witness stated. “Object was moving north. I first thought it was an airplane and then noticed it had a steady bright, white light in front and back. In between was a silver color that seemed transparent. It was moving at a constant speed similar to a small propeller aircraft, but the shape looked diamond but slightly flatter on the bottom. I lost sight behind trees after the light changed to green and headed down the hill. I also had a hard time determining how far away it was because of the shape. Seeing and experiencing this did not bother me. I also know that what I saw is what I described, as I have waited a few days to think of what it could have been before doing this report.”

Missouri MUFON State Section Director Dana Simpson West closed this case as an Unknown Aerial Vehicle.
