Location: near Portland, Oregon

The witness was sitting on his chair watching TV facing the front window. He looked up and something caught his eye. He saw a figure walking across his porch in front of the window. He has 2 bird cages in the window and the figure stopped to look at the birds. What was weird was that it was wearing some sort of suit that was sort of see through. He could make out the outline of the suit but he could see the trees and bushes clearly through the suit. The suit was something he had never seen before. The figure was about 4 ft tall and the suit was made up of hundreds of geometrical shapes that moved and conformed to the figure as it moved. He could see the shape was humanoid but he could not see the individual itself. The shapes that made up the suit moved smoothly as if they were melting into different shapes as it oved. That is the best way he could explain it. The figure walked off his porch and he jumped up to go outside to see where it went. It was daylight and he ran around the house and it was gone.
