Dull black huge disc and missing time, Idaho

Occurred: 2025-06-14 15:30 Local - Approximate. Reported: 2025-06-17 13:42 Pacific. Duration: 12 seconds. No of observers: 1. Location: Meridian, ID, USA. Location details: Between Meridian Idaho and Star Idaho. Time and distance lapse noticed. Over a farmers field.

“I saw a dull black huge disc shaped with another layer of craft under that, but connected. Spires high up from the top & bottom.

When I saw it, it was floating about 20 feet over a farmers field, just off the road. It was huge, looked old, not stealth, dull black. My normal thought would be to pull over and take a picture.

In this case, I just kept driving, which is not me. Time and distance lapse noticed after I arrived home. I didn’t tell anybody about it for three days. This craft had zero sound and zero emissions. I was very close to this craft. I didn’t see any windows, but it was large enough to seat people. This sighting made me a believer. I have a drawing. Did anyone else report?

The National UFO Reporting Center was founded in 1974 by noted UFO investigator Robert J. Gribble. The Center’s independence from all other UFO related organizations, combined with its long standing policy of guaranteed anonymity to callers, has served to make it perhaps the most popular and widely accepted national UFO reporting facility anywhere.   The website and hotline are well known by law enforcement agencies, FAA ARTCC’s and flight service stations, National Weather Services offices, military facilities, NASA, and many 911 emergency dispatch centers all across the United States and in many parts of Canada. Those entities routinely direct the calls they receive regarding possible UFO sightings to the Center.

One of the Center’s policies, which distinguishes its operations from most other UFO organizations, is that it makes available to the public all of its data in summary form. Detailed information is made available to experienced UFO investigators.   

The National UFO Reporting Center is a non-profit Washington State corporation, and it is applying for federal 501 C (3) non-profit status.
