I found the crop circle close to Irkutsk (not far from Baikal lake). I have only video which looks interesting and unusual in my opinion. So you may add to your database and define as you can. It's happened around 23th of August.  I have this video with interview from local tv company, and they sent me this video to publish on youtube.
