In 1990 we were contacted by a fellow investigative journalist who wanted to talk to us due to a number of things he had experienced during his work.

He explained to us that as part of his duties he had to carry out an investigation into the situation of the Puerto Rican outlaw and fugitive Toño Bicicleta, who for decades lived in hiding and doing his thing in the forested areas of the center of the island.

During his investigation he had to enter the most remote fields and of vegetation in the central-west of Puerto Rico, to interview the farmworkers of those areas in search of information and the whereabouts of the fugitive.

However, instead of the farmworkers to talk to him about Toño Bicicleta, they seemed to be eager to talk to him on strange luminous devices and light balls that they saw each time landing and rising in the area, and about little men and strange beings that they saw frequently in the woods.

In front of the large number of information from this guy that he had received, he realized that something abnormal was happening in Puerto Rico, and that the UFO phenomenon had to do with it, so he communicated with us and let us know about it.

A few months later he contacted us again and, acting as an intermediary, contacted us with a close friend of his who had seen something extremely important in the El Yunque area.

Our journalist friend is a Viet Nam War veteran, and during his military service in that Asian armed conflict was a member of the US Army Intelligence Division. Ugh and so does his friend.

Although he was no longer a member of the armed forces, his friend continued to be a member of a highly specialized unit that occasionally performed 'special operations' for certain branches of the militia and intelligence of the United States, the C.I.A.

There in the year 1990 his military friend was sent to Puerto Rico and was ordered to report to the facilities of the U.S. Navy radar. UU. at the Eastern Peak to receive a 'special training' he didn't speak about. But during his stay there he saw something that shocked him greatly, and what he informed us in exchange for keeping his identity anonymous.

He indicated that below the radar facility at the Eastern Peak was a secret underground base with several levels or floors that appeared to have a large expansion at the underground level.

He also said that the security in the area is very high and strict and that to have access inside that secret facility you had to go through a process. Personnel vowed to enter the underground levels only had access to some of them, depending on what degree of security rating they had.

There was a very sophisticated elevator system that was used to get staff to go down to or up from the underground levels, and to use it they had to use a special card with an encrypted code, and before entering or exiting the underground levels each person had to submit to a catech and stand on a very sensitive scale platform that detected, with a very sophisticated weight analysis system, any change in a person's weight.

If the system detected any change in the person's weight between the time he entered and the time he left, an alarm would be activated and armed security personnel would arrest the person until he was fully checked and questioned. This was done to prevent someone from taking anything out of the place.

Well, according to the military confidant, one afternoon he was going to his room, located inside the second underground level, and he had already left the elevator and walked along a very long corridor with gray walls when he noticed that shortly there were open spaces on the wall.

He had noticed before that the walls in that hallway appeared to have divisions, and it seemed to him that they could be folding walls or connected to each other. Seeing those openings confirmed their suspicions.

As he and his companions had already been warned that if something happened in the place or something abnormal looked not to observe anything, but to continue their way forward without looking, and because in the corridor there were surveillance cameras, passing the point from the hallway where the openings were, he tried not to look, but his curiosity was stronger and, without stopping, he gave a glance with the tail of his eye in.

According to him, through the first opening he could see an extensive hall that was lost horizontally into the interior of the mountain, and in the hall there were large-sized transparent crystal cylindrical containers that were in a row, placed on the ground, and in which there were "A very rare creature."

The description he offered of the creatures was similar to that of the so-called alien humanoid ‘Greys’, but these were oversized, apparently, as far as he could appreciate, about six feet tall.

He liked better the one who was on the far right, closest to him, and according to him he was a tall, very thin figure who had a white-grey skin color, a bulky hairless skull and large dark, half-closed almond eyes.

He added that the figure had very long arms, and that he saw a long hand with long fingers.

The figure was naked, and was lying inside an elongated glass cylinder with semi-rounded upper ends.

The glass cylinder rested on some kind of machine or rectangular metal platform black which had gauges and buttons, and from the ceiling of the hall came thick black sleeves that stretched and joined with the glass cylinders across the top (see illustration).

For the military, that figure inside the crystal cylinder was dead or asleep, since he saw no signs of life or movement in it.

Seeing that caused him a feeling of panic, and accelerated the pace, but as he passed through the next opening he saw something else that also shocked him: "In that other hall - he told us - there were several devices similar to flying saucers... not very big. They were lying on the ground and either broken or disarmed.. in pieces.

"I don't know if it was six or seven, it was a few." They were some things shaped like flying saucers... metallics and silvers. "There I saw, in the distance, people, individuals dressed in white robes like lab robes."

Nervous at what he had seen, he accelerated the step and reached the elevator, going to his room.

“I had always believed - he added - that it was possible that UFOs and aliens existed. It wasn't something I was particularly interested in, but I thought it might be a real thing. Now, I never thought I'd see something like this. Those figures I saw there in those glass things were not human beings.

“I don’t know what they are doing there or what they were doing with them, and I don’t know whether they were dead or alive, but now I am sure that everything is true.” We are not alone in this Universe.”

Shortly after giving us the information the military left Puerto Rico, and since then the journalist who connected us with him could not contact him again.

Currently the facilities of radar systems in the Eastern Peak are officially registered as inactive and abandoned; but is that really the case or is it all part of a cover up of what's been happening there?
