The witness, Phil, was at home alone with his infant daughter when he saw a gargoyle-type being perched on his deck rail through the glass window sliding doors. He stated that the creature perched was approximately 4 to 5 feet, that it must have been huge if it had been standing up; the creature was black and winged and had big red eyes. Phil stated that the creature must have put him in a trance like state and he quickly snapped out of it. The creature was now staring at his infant daughter who was on a stroller and was actually moving its head to take a better look at her. Phil grabbed the baby and took her to another room. He said that the creature shortly left because he heard it leave.
