The Percy Project - Scientific experiments proving life after death

Julia Assante, Ph.D. developed the Percy Project to show that the presence of the deceased can be technologically located in a series of replicable trials. She uses a small hand-held device invented by scientists with space technology in the Kremlin Clinic in Moscow during the Cold War.
