The current tragedy in Texas prompted me to look into weather manipulation in the state.

The results were absolutely shocking.

Are they completely insane? Have they been completely insane for a long time?

Here are quotes from the Texas Department of licensing and Regulation official documents. We’re not talking about weather prediction, or disaster relief, or data analysis of trends. We’re talking about ACTUAL manipulation of the weather, by people using “science” that can’t possibly understand or anticipate the many consequences which multiply when humans fiddle with weather month after month, year after year, decade after decade.

Could these massive long-term manipulations have created what is happening now in Texas? The amount of weather control we’re talking about could have changed the climate of the whole state of Texas in uncountable ways!
