Did the US bombs and missiles actually destroy the 3 major nuclear sites?

I know what Trump said, but is it true?

Suppose the US attacks were only partially successful? Would Donald Trump stand there and admit that? Leaving himself open to massive criticism? Leaving him without a complete personal “win”?

And then there is the question of radioactive fallout from the attacks. The standard information is, no dangerous fallout, as would be the case if the target were a working nuclear reactor.

The enriched uranium, when hit, is only mildly radioactive. Not a health threat. Reports from neighboring countries are, no dangerous fallout. I’m not denying or accepting that assessment right now.
