As part of it ultimate aim to re-establish control over the Nassib border crossing, the Syrian army continued military operation and liberated several settlements along the Jordanian border.

Moreover, the government forces  backed by elite Tiger Forces have managed to retake 8 border outposts in Daraa, in addition to Elemtaih and its dam, located to the east of Nassib borders crossing.

It is also reported that the entire area extending from the recently-recaptured Saida town to the strategic border crossing has become under ‘fire control’ of the Syrian Army.

After the liberation of the Grain Silos located south of Al-Naimah town, militants in Nassib, Um Elmiathin, Taibah and Daraa al-Balad are now trapped after losing all supply routes.
