Pollution caused by wireless wi-fi radiation is topic of 'Wireless Silent Spring'
Rachel Carson’s book, Silent Spring was written about environmental harm being caused by pesticides. It is credited as helping to jump-start the environmental movement:
First serialized in The New Yorker in June 1962, the book alarmed readers across America and, not surprisingly, brought a howl of indignation from the chemical industry. “If man were to faithfully follow the teachings of Miss Carson,” complained an executive of the American Cyanamid Company, “we would return to the Dark Ages, and the insects and diseases and vermin would once again inherit the earth.” Monsanto published and distributed 5,000 copies of a brochure parodying Silent Spring entitled “The Desolate Year,” relating the devastation and inconvenience of a world where famine, disease, and insects ran amok because chemical pesticides had been banned. Some of the attacks were more personal, questioning Carson’s integrity and even her sanity.
Dr. Cindy Russell’s 14-page article, “Wireless Silent Spring” is about environmental harm being caused by sources of wireless Wi-Fi radiation with an emphasis on cell towers. Wi-Fi is microwave radiation – like what cooks food in ovens. It isn’t magical or harmless even though it’s often portrayed that way in marketing as well as TV and film. Insurance companies are aware of this and aren’t interested in covering wireless exposure related illnesses anymore.
Like Rachel Carson, those trying to raise awareness about this are often dismissed, ridiculed, ignored and even targeted by the Telecom Industry (aka Big Wireless) and their supporters. Outdated laws and guidelines protect “Big Wireless” – not science. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulates “Big Wireless” and the FCC is not a health or environmental protection agency. Adding insult to injury, The EPA is proposing to weaken radiation regulations as well.
Dr. Russell’s article is especially important right now due to the “Race for 5G,” implementation of “Smart Cities,” and continued and increased installation of utility “Smart” Meters — all of which require wireless Wi-Fi radiating infrastructure and components to operate.
Research has also determined that exposure to Wi-Fi radiation along with Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) has a cumulative toxic effect when combined with other toxins. Blanketing the world with additional sources of WiFi is making a bad situation worse. In the U.S., state and federal legislation regarding 5G millimeter Wi-Fi technology has now been passed that not only allows this – it is enforcing this.
