Hezbollah militants almost completely liquidated Jabhat al-Nusra in the border area of Arsal (Editor’s note: Arsal is a town and municipality situated east of Labweh, 124 kilometres (77 mi) northeast of Beirut, in Baalbek District of Baalbek-Hermel Governorate, Lebanon).

Shi’a Islamist militant group take on heavy fire on jihadists. There are no more than five square kilometers of the territory of Lebanon under the control of al-Nusra Front.

Inside Syria Media Center’ military correspondents, those close to the front line, claims it seems that Hezbollah will to eliminate Islamists in all the surrounding heights, as well as the Arsal settlement itself in the near future.

Measures are being taking by Hezbollah to prevent Nusra terrorists from being evacuated from their remaining posts in Arsal outskirts.

Focusing on Arsal battle in his speech, Hezbollah secretary general indicated on Wednesday that the goal of the battle in Arsal and Flita outskirts was to pull out the militants in the areas controlled by Al-Nusra Front in which suicide attacks were being prepared there.
