5G: hype or horror?
As a consumer, when you purchase an appliance, an automobile, a computer, an SUV, a TV—whatever—you take for granted the product has been designed and built for safe usage with built-in safety features or devices in order to prevent malfunctions and/or harm occurring during normal use. At least that’s the way it’s supposed to be and why manufacturers usually own product liability insurance in the event of an unseen product failure.
That’s not the case when it comes to microwave industry wireless technology and the “G” updates such as 3G, 4G and 5G to provide ever-faster Wi-Fi service and to establish the global network known as the Internet of Things (IoT). It’s warp speed to implement 5G with all opposition and contradictory science be damned!
What are the G’s about?
“G” relates to “generation of technology.”
- 1G is analog
- 2G is digital, voice
- 3G is digital supported data, but still circuit switched
- 4G is wireless broadband
- 5G is the fastest wireless service yet, using millimeter and submillimeter wireless frequencies, which interact directly with human skin, especially the sweat glands. [1]
However, 5 G applications will require unlocking of new spectrum bands in higher frequency ranges above 6 GHz to 100 GHz and beyond, utilizing submillimeter and millimeter waves – to allow ultra-high rates of data to be transmitted in the same amount of time as compared with previous deployments of microwave radiation. [2]
It must be noted that 5G frequencies have been developed as “weapons of war” [3] by the U.S., Russia and Chinese defense agencies!
According to Environmental Health Trust [1],
Dr. Paul Ben-Ishai pointed to research that was commissioned by the U.S. Army to find out why people ran away when the beam touched them. “If you are unlucky enough to be standing there when it hits you, you will feel like your body is on fire.” The U.S. Department of Defense explains how “The sensation dissipates when the target moves out of the beam. The sensation is intense enough to cause a nearly instantaneous reflex action of the target to flee the beam.”
What consumers are not told is how 5G mini cell towers will focus their beams and, based upon the above information, will consumers be able to use the technology without sweating like a pig or feeling like their skin is on fire? Those are unknowns no one is questioning, nor is anyone offering reassurances such painful inconveniences for faster Wi-Fi, uploads and games will not happen constantly.
Furthermore, here’s the ‘kicker’ with regard to how the U.S. FCC apparently will get around 5G classification as ‘safe’:
Our skin is our largest organ. Dariusz Leszczynski, PhD, Chief Editor of Radiation and Health has stated that the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection usually referred to as ICNIRP – is developing recommendations for public exposure limits of these higher frequencies is planning to classify all the skin in the human body as belonging to the limbs rather than to the head or torso. Leszczynski cautioned that, “If you classify skin as limbs – no matter where the skin is – you are permitted to expose it more than otherwise.”
We assume that in terms of US exposure limits this means that the skin will be classified as “an extremity”. Extremities are allowed to be exposed to much higher radiation levels than the brain, torso, legs and arms. In the USA extremities -in regards to wireless radiation- are specifically wrists and hands, ankles and feet and the ear. [1] [CJF emphasis]
Take note how ICNIRP wants to reclassify human anatomy.
That definitely is out of their scope of expertise, as they are not a medical, biological or physiological trade association, and that biological recommendation should be rejected by all agencies, especially the WHO and FCC!
ICNIRP is a microwave industry trade association which, in my opinion, ought to be put out of business, since it refuses to acknowledge the microwave industry’s own findings (32% of studies paid and performed by the wireless industry) that non-thermal radiation adverse health effects occur.
Talk about scientific sleight of hand; ICNIRP is “Merlin the Magician” personified and glorified with the apparent blessings of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission!
Such deliberate science subterfuge on the part of ICNIRP, including its influences at the UN’s World Health Organization, is the very reason for steamroller 5G science mandates regarding microwaves, which the U.S. military confirmed was not as safe as originally thought but proceeded with investing in that technology to develop their wonder weapons of war! Nukes weren’t enough?
5G is being deployed without health effects evaluation
5G is being developed and implemented without adequate evaluation of the effect of this technology on human health after long term exposure to these frequencies. Peer reviewed research studies have found adverse effects from the electromagnetic frequencies currently in use and that will be in use for this new technology. [1]
“There is an urgent need to evaluate 5G health effects now before millions are exposed. We need to know if 5G increases the risk of skin diseases such as melanoma or other skin cancers,” stated Ron Melnick, the National Institutes of Health scientist, now retired, who led the design of the National Toxicology Program study on cell phone radiofrequency radiation. [1] [CJF emphasis]
The range of microwaves to be employed with 5G pose serious concerns about human health—anything from sweating up a storm; burning-sensation skin; cataract formation, possible eyeball disfiguration and ocular melanoma; plus various cancers thrown in to the mix!
The wireless industry claims 5G probably will not affect your health. Ah! That word “probably,” which sounds like Nirvana to those who are pushing for 5G; however, the real meaning of probably is “as far as one knows or can tell,” and the microwave industry is not telling the real true facts, just like the tobacco industry literally ruined millions of smokers lives with their “tobacco science” that more doctors smoked Camel cigarettes than any other brand, thereby implying Camel cigarettes were safe!
Another science fable consumers fell for is that of the cholesterol myth.
The sugar industry was responsible for creating the myth that fats were responsible for high cholesterol, whereas sugar is the actual culprit. Here’s what you need to know about “50 Years Ago, Sugar Industry Quietly Paid Scientists To Point Blame At Fat.”
“The Cholesterol Myth” explains it in more detail.
Consumers are about to go down another yellow brick road meaning “a course of action that a person takes believing that it will lead to good things,” with regard to believing and accepting 5G hype, sales pitches and eventual forceful edicts from ICNIRP, the FCC, and state regulatory commissions similar to the AMI Smart Meter fiasco going on around the USA and the globe.
AMI Smart Meters operate with microwave technology and emit seriously high sinusoidal waves over 60Hz in-house wires every 15 or so seconds. In SE Pennsylvania, the electric utility PECO had to stop its smart meter roll out due to many AMI SM fires occurring [4]; remove about 186,000 meters that had been installed and come up with a ‘safer’ AMI SM which they retrofitted on to customers’ utility service.
What consumers must realize is we are gullible or even naïve when it comes to technology.
We get hooked on it and, consequently, don’t realize nor want to understand the downside of money-making services and/or products vested interests promote as the next best thing since sliced white bread. Everyone by now knows that white bread is not a healthful, nutritious complex carbohydrate!
Consumers caved for the acronym S-M-A-R-T, which actually means
Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely
In actuality, many ‘smart’ appliances, etc. are dumb!
They malfunction and are costly. The AMI Smart Meter really is a computer. Consumers will have to replace them often—every 5 to 6 years—because computers need to be updated, so you will be billed for a new replacement meter.
Current AMI SMs are costing consumers around $300 amortized via a monthly charge to your utility bill. By the time that’s paid off, it will be time for a new smart meter to be updated, installed and billed. How dumb is that when the safe analog meter lasted about 40-50 years with no fire hazard proclivities; was grounded; and didn’t spy on your lifestyle inside your home.
