Scott Jones, military/intelligence and Senior Advisor to Sen. Claiborne Pell; supported by the Hon. Paul Hellyer, former Minister of Defense of Canada.

Rosin was key in the global movement to prevent the weaponisaton of space, the Stop Star Wars, Leaky Umbrella Campaign, Campaign to Save Outer Space (SOS Campaign). She initiated the first ever visit by nine US Senators to the Soviet Union as well as the first private, off the record, military-to-military meeting between the US and the Soviet Union.
