The French Ministry of Defense launched its three CERES [1] satellites in orbit on November 16, 2021. They are capable of detecting a radar anywhere on earth and assess its technical characteristics

France has thus entered the very closed club of powers endowed with a Space Electromagnetic Intelligence system.
