Take Wild Mushroom Soup to a whole new level by harnessing the power of Chaga Mushroom and using it as soup stock!  Deep intense mushroom flavours combined with the potent antioxidant effects of this miracle mushroom - this is an amazingly delicious health tonic as well as a soup.

Equipment

  • 1 Large Saucepan

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients

Method

  1. Melt the Coconut Oil in a large pan and fry the mushrooms 

  2. Season with the thyme, salt and pepper

  3. Add the carrot, garlic and onion - cook until fragrant

  4. Add in the Chaga Tea, bring to the boil then simmer for about 15 minutes

  5. Let the soup cool then blend up to half of the mixture

  6. Mix together, reheat and prepare to have your socks blown off!

Notes

Chaga Tea can be exchanged with any of the other medicinal mushrooms in our mushroom nutrition range. Why not make a blend that suits your needs.
