Super green juice

This healthy super green juice recipe will help you through your day.


  • 1/2 small bunch English spinach, washed, roots trimmed

  • 2 green apples, quartered

  • 4 stalks fresh mint

  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers

  • 2 large stalks parsley, optional

Select all ingredients


  • Step 1

    Using a Breville Froojie Fountain juicer, process the spinach, apples, mint, cucumber and parsley.

  • Step 2

    Stir in the Greens Powder if using and pour into glasses to serve.

Recipe Notes

For added nutrition, stir in 1 tsp of Greens powder (available from health food stores) just before serving.
