Hello Everyone (and please share)

FSANZ (Food Standards Australia NZ) seeks your comments on the Queensland Government's application A1193 to Irradiate ALL 'fresh' fruits and vegetables.

Public consultation was to be in April 2021 so we spent November arguing that FSANZ should stick to that schedule, but with no success so far, the deadline to make your comments remains 6pm AEDT, Friday December 11, 2020.

Attached FYI are:

1. The Executive Summary of the application A1193, 2020; and

2. Comments on application A1092 from 2016, a guide to the issues.

Many thanks for your support on that occasion.
