This was my first time making a cobbler. My mom is on a low sugar diet, so this was the perfect thing for her birthday party.I used a mixture of fruit jam and mashed bananas instead of maple syrup, and I added some chia seeds in addition to coconut oil. It turned out great, and I will definitely make it again!

Hi ! I’ve made these a few times already and I absolutely love it ! Even my spouse ! Who by the way tends to avoid healthy treats ! But… Now I’m all out of almond flour do you think perhaps oat flour will do ? – Thank you

Hi Ana, so glad everyone loved it and yep, that should be fine!

Could I use liquid oil, like avocado oil, instead of coconut oil? Coconut oil is too high in saturated fat for my husband’s heart healthy diet.
