Five ingredient apricot, prune, and walnut energy bites
Super simple and healthy energy bites made with walnuts, honey, cinnamon, and dried fruits including apricots and prunes!

Ingredients
- 8 prunes
- 10 dried apricots
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp. honey
Instructions
Combine prunes, apricots, walnuts, and cinnamon in a small food processor or chopper.
Pulse until the fruits and nuts are roughly chopped.
Add 1 tbsp. honey to the mixture, and pulse until the fruits and nuts are finely chopped.
Drizzle additional honey into the food processor, as needed, until the mixture starts to form a ball.
When the mixture sticks together and can be easily rolled into balls, it's ready!
Roll into 1-inch balls. Enjoy!

How do you store these? If at room temperature, how long will they last? Thx.

Store in a cool, dry place in a sealed container at room temperature for 4 or 5 days, or in the fridge for more like a week.

Yummy! I used the nuts I had on hand & only 1tbsp of honey- which was plenty. Pretty sweet for me- I added some salt & that did help to tone down the sweet. Thanks for this recipe! 😍

Delicious!!! I added Pecans (1/2 and 1/2) Next time, I will probably roast the walnuts, pecans and add almonds, for a deeper depth of flavor. Thanks for the recipe.
