Chinese-style five spice rub

This simple mixture of five spices commonly used in Chinese cooking works great as a rub or in a marinade. The ingredients may be a little more difficult to obtain, but the effort is well worth the result. This is probably one of the easiest recipes to assemble. I hope you enjoy.prep: 5 mins

  • About me

  • I'm 18 years old and recently graduated from Beaverton High School, located in little Hicksville, USA (Beaverton, Michigan). I am currently enlisted into the United States Marine Corps, I leave for bootcamp July 20th and then off to wherever I'm stationed to serve my country. I really discovered my passion for cooking when I entered high school. I plan on attending a culinary school after graduation, I'm really hoping to get accepted into the Culinary Institute of America, but there are some smaller schools I have been looking at as well. Outside of cooking and school I really enjoy the outdoors and sports. I live a very active lifestyle consisting of hunting, fishing, going to the gym, and training for boxing and mma.
