Judy Hillyard accompanies people crossing over
One of the practical applications of OBEs is to remove the fear of dying. Toward the end of her 47-year career in critical care nursing and education, Judy Hillyard took two different programs from the Sacred Art of Living Center in Bend, Oregon (USA). She wanted to learn more about working with the dying within critical care in a way that was not being done – helping to support the dying process rather than just trying to stave off death. During one of those sessions, Judy learned about a practice used by some Anam Caras - Celtic words meaning soul friend or soul companion - to assist the dying by escorting the person across the veil at the moment of death. Watch this fascinating interview to the end.
