Any book that is endorsed by Mary Rodwell has to be taken seriously and this work, written pseudonymously by Slovakian born Julia Sellers, is genuine attempt to have the phenomenon of out of body experience (OOBE) taken seriously. The book sets out what can (and frequently does) happen when consciousness is voyaging in what is effectively ‘the aether’, or maybe at a pinch hyperspace. The chapter headings (there are seven quite lengthy chapters) are revealing, ‘The future you do not remember’, ‘People are not dead until they have been reborn’, and my own favourite, ‘Audible light and luminous sound’, pretty much say it all. The last mentioned chapter, with its obvious nod to synesthesia, is especially insightful. In fact the book uses several useful and inventive metaphors to describe the astral travel, how to achieve it, and what can, and frequently is, encountered there. As it happens this, reviewer has occasionally experienced this in the form of lucid dreams so it is easier for me to relate to what is discussed here. The book itself is engagingly written and draws the reader in to share the fascinating honesty and insights of the author. OK, there a couple of points that might cause some issues, e.g. are the soul and consciousness the same thing? The author implies that they are, but are they? Fortunately the book covers sufficient ground which allows the reader to draw their own conclusions from the evidence presented. There is no doubt that this fascinating book will provide a rich source of material for both the sceptic and the believer, but more importantly, it might encourage those who have an enquiring nature to explore the possibility of an experience that well goes beyond time and space. Highly and undeservedly recommended.

Biography for Julia Sellers (published under pseudonym Iris Krst.) Lecturer, Author, Coach, Researcher:

Born in Banovce nad Bebravou, in Western Slovakia (former Czechoslovakia), Julia experienced her first out-of-body experience in 1995. Since that time, she devotes her free time to the study of OBEs. She is interested in quantum physics, free energy, anomalous cognition, near-death experiences and topics of merging science and religion. Julia has three degrees. She studied in the former USSR, USA and Slovakia. Majors studied: law, journalism, Russian Area Studies, Management, Phytopathology.
Fluent in five languages, she has dual American and Slovak citizenship. She is a translator-interpreter; a lecturer in the Russian language and an English teacher at the first private school in the SLOVAK REPUBLIC focused on the behavioral problems of children with learning disabilities and emotional problems. Executive Manager and head of the international section of the presidential election campaign, (Slovakia), she is the foreign relations adviser to the ex-Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic, an analyst for the Department of International Relations, deputy manager of the central election campaign, a foreign correspondent accredited to the US Department of State and a freelance writer and lobbyist. She also worked for the Fund for Constitutional Government.

Julia has lectured in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and the U.S.A.; she has appeared in national, as well as international, media.

She is the author of I Have Seen It Tomorrow (Videl Som to Zajtra). This extraordinary book explores out-of-body experiences (OBEs) of Julia’s husband. The English verison of the book was published in February 2018.

Julia is a member of the SSE (The Society for Scientific Research) and works closely with the FREE Foundation (The Doctor Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters) where she administrates the FREE Experiencer Research Study for Europe (The Czech Republic and Slovakia).
