Do we have a body in the afterlife?
A lot of people who do accept that there is an afterlife are puzzled about what we would do there. Some have the idea that we float around from cloud to cloud with no opinions, no memories, being neither male nor female without any sense of identity.
Those who have researched this issue tell us that nothing could be further from the truth. They are unanimous in affirming that the afterlife is more solid than earth life, that our senses are more acute and that we retain our memories, emotions, and personalities.
One of the key properties of the astral level is that thought creates reality. People who have repeatedly visited the middle astral levels in out-of-body experiences all say that the environment we find ourselves in is very like physical life with streets and houses, trees and flowers, cities and beaches.
Check out the Afterlife Answers videos made by out-of-body experiencer Jurgen Ziewe (as well as his books and website). Have a look at the works of Emanuel Swedenborg, another out-of-body experiencer (the videos off-the-left-eye are a great introduction), the books of Anthony Borgia (especially 'Life in the World Unseen') the books of Arthur Findlay (especially 'On the Edge of the Etheric') and Mark Macy's blog where he has posted photographs of the astral realm received by instrumental trans communication.
