Heather Dominguez is an independent filmmaker and author from Portland, Oregon. She created a short film Consciousness Continues featuring Louisa Peck, Roland A. Webb, and Kimberly Clark Sharp that was very well received at various film festivals.

She was invited to submit her plan for a 22 episode series to the Discovery Network and in 2016 she published a a book that outlined the series. After 7 months, the Discovery Network decided not to go ahead, so Heather is producing this series on her own. So far she has produced episode one and episode two (below).
