Outer-worldly descriptions, through the eyes of a highly-trained remote viewer revealed an environmentally dying Mars

A 9-page declassified CIA report I recently discovered gives vivid and outer-worldly descriptions, through the eyes of a highly-trained remote viewer, of an environmentally dying Mars and its soon-to-be-extinct race of inhabitants at about 1 million BC.

The document is a testament to the reality of the CIA's highly controversial and once-secret "Stargate Project," which trained individuals in remote viewing, the purported ability to psychically "see" events, and sites, or collect information from a great distance. In this case, the remote viewer was also instructed to travel back in time more than 1 million years.  While many may scoff at the program, which started in Fort Meade, Maryland in 1978 and continued until 1991, no one is laughing at its  20- million price tag to U.S. taxpayers.

Therefore, if this declassified report is nothing but psycho-babble, it is still relevant and quite interesting.

Time-Traveling Back to Ancient Mars

The document explains that the remote viewer  was given nothing but a sealed envelope before the interview with the following info:

"The planet Mars Time of interest approximately 1 million years BC."

The remote viewer then begins to describe the Martian landscape appearing in his mind's eye:

"It's yellowish, an ...okra colored," the remote viewer says. "I'm tracking severe, severe clouds, more like [a] dust storm, ah. it's geologic problem. Seems to be like an ...Just a minute, I'm looking at, at a ... effect of a major geologic problem."

The subject is then instructed by his handler to "go back to the time before the geologic problem."  The remote viewer then begins to describe huge, pyramid structures and steep, smooth walls "that seem to go on forever"  built underneath a canyon.

The remote viewer's handler then gave him different coordinates to go to on Mars such as  45.86 north, 354.1 east, asking him to describe what he sees.

"See the.......um, intersecting ah....whatever these are, are aqueduct type of things ....these....rounded bottom carved channels, like road beds. See ah .....see pointed tops of something on the horizon. Even the horizon looks funny and weird, it's like ah.... different .... misty, like really far away .... very vague"

Different coordinates are given again to the remote viewer who begins describing huge pyramids that act as shelters from many Martian storms.

"Different chambers .... but they're almost stripped of any kind of ...furnishing or anything, it's like ah ... a strictly functional place for sleeping or that's not a good word, hibernations, some form, I can't, I get real raw inputs, storm, savage storm and sleeping through storms."

Remote Viewer Describes Martians 

At this point, the CIA handler of the remote viewer asks him to describe the Martian inhabitants he sees in the protective structure.

"Ah ... very ...tall. Again, very large... people, but they're thin, they look thin because of their height, and they dress like in, oh hell, it's real light silk, but it's not flowing type of clothing, it's like cut to fit."

A Prophetic Martian Cautionary Tale 

At the prompting of the CIA handler, the remote viewer then begins interacting with one of the Martians and relays the following, startling and fantastical information:

"They're ancient people. They're ah.. they're dying, it's past their time or age," the remote viewer says. "They're philosophic about it. They're looking for ah....a way to survive and they just can't."

The remote viewer then tells his handler that the Mars inhabitants are waiting to hear back from an expeditionary probe of Martians into space searching for a new home.

Crazy, or Perhaps Worth Considering? 

While many of you who read this may find these years-long CIA experiments a joke and waste of money, what Project Stargate was trying to do is being claimed as reality by many of those in today's UFO community, who claim to be self-pronounced Gurus, so-called responders, experiencers, abductees, and even so-called UFO/Alien oracles.

I tend to think Project Stargate and its results are impossible to gauge or prove. Yet, I cannot rule out the possibility that some of what they discovered might be true.
