15-minute morning yoga | Express flow and stretch

A quick and energizing 15-minute yoga class to jumpstart your day. This sequence blends gentle stretches, mobility, dynamic movements and focused breathing to awaken your body and mind in no time. Perfect for busy mornings, this will be your go-to reset to feel refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.

The class begins seated with cleansing breaths, neck stretches and cat/cows. Open up the hips with internal and external rotation and butterfly pose. Other poses include seated forward fold, half lifts, reverse tabletop, modified side plank, gate pose, knees chest chin, child's pose, downward facing dog, cactus arms, standing forward fold and mountain pose.
