Archaeologists can't agree where they came from, but what we do know is they left strange artefacts and unbelievable pyramids. Their huge sculptures are perhaps the most enigmatic surviving artefacts of the Toltec civilisation. No one knows how these figures were made or how they were transported to the top of the pyramid. Perhaps in order to understand these massive Atlantean figures, they stood over 15 feet tall and weighed several tons, we must first understand the context in which we find them.
