Karahan Tepe is the older sister site to Gobekli Tepe in the Southeastern part of Turkey, near the border of Syria in Urfa. These sites completely changed our understanding of civilization. Whoever built Gobekli Tepe and Karahan Tepe existed at the end of the last ice age, living in one of the harshest conditions possible, while building complex megalithic structures miles and miles and miles a part from each other before humans even invented pottery, or at least that's what the mainstream proclaims!
