Syrian army initiates surprise night attack on militants in Daraa
Tonight the Syrian military initiated a large-scale attack in Daraa, striking several areas controlled by the militants.
The Syrian army and the aviation heavily struck the towns of Busra Al-Sham, Busra Al-Harir, Tal Al-Harrah, Nahteh, Al-Musaykah and Al-Hirak, inflicting heavy losses on the terrorists defense lines.
According to Inside Syria Media Center sources, the Syrian aviation specifically attacked a Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham base that was located in Al-Hirak.
It is also reported that at least ten militants of Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham were killed and injured as a result of this offensive.
At the same time, the government forces destroyed the militant defenses with artillery units inside the settlements of Busra Al-Sham and Al-Musaykah in east Daraa.
Moreover the Syrian troops cutoff the jihadist supply routes in Masifrah and Umm Wald.
